// theory phase2//
had sjab just now at tanglin secondary. i was the external lecturer who was supposed to give a lecture on MOI first aid. hah! i thought i would just die halfway through my lecture but no, i managed to make full use of the 2 whole hours.
im sorry tik for being an ass. and a big one at that.
i miss those days when i was still a cadet- running around, kena pumping, sign extra, greeting seniors, pump summore, hentak kaki, silly campfires, footdrill,homenursing, first aid, case studies, comp trainings, silly camps blablabla..
my squad was pumped so many times, our palms became rough and girls started to show larger biceps than the guys/boys.
the seniors got us to do changing parade oh-so often, everyone in the squad mastered the art of changing clothes within 10secs.
cheering was a way to show-off to other ccas.
water parade was playtime for the seniors. they loved the sight of cadets struggling to finish up their 1.5l of water in 2mins.
camps were something we abhor. during camps, we were never given proper food, we didn't sleep for more than 3hrs and we found it a nuisance to bathe. all of us smelt the same..haha
the seniors had us do hentak kaki for more than 5mins, and thanks to that, we got gigantic thighs.
the sun used to be my best-friend.
those were the kuku days. everything was darn kuku, the kukuness was the sole inspiration for my email addy. don't laugh.
no one looked, smelt or appeared good during sjab activity. we were tekan-ed till we were drenched in perspiration.
in sjab, the weak became strong and the strong became stronger.
thanks to my cca, i am what i am today, really.
here are the pics of the children/cadets... so cute la!!

children/cadets.. camera shy
